About me...
Hello! You may have wandered onto this website because you or someone you know may be experiencing some form of emotional pain or distress. Therapy can be one step towards resolving these issues and feeling like yourself again. I would love to assist you on the route to a happy and fulfilling life.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). I have experience working with a diverse range of populations, including at-risk youth, adults, families, couples, and individuals with disabilities.

I support clients in navigating a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, trauma, eating disorders, and personality-related challenges. I am a Level III Certified Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy clinician, which informs my compassionate, evidence-based approach to care.

A significant focus of my work is supporting individuals in the perinatal period. I have extensive experience working with clients during pregnancy and postpartum, helping them navigate emotional challenges, identity shifts, and the complexities of this life stage. This is a specialty area of mine, and I am deeply committed to providing supportive, informed care to perinatal clients.
